Hope beyond sorrow. Sadness in hope. I express that feeling in this song. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? In 2011, when the earthquake occurred in Fukushima, French actress Jane Birkin came to Japan and gave a concert. I acted as her accompanist and after that accompanied her on her world tours for several years as music director, arranger and pianist. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? To constantly create works (songs, albums, theatrical works) and present them. Adhere to the style and accept the necessary changes in line with the times.
