In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My parents both listened to rock/metal and my dad played guitar, so I wanted to be a musician since I was young. I always sang in the car with my mom, and my dad bought my first guitar when I was 14. I've always been surrounded by music. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Avenged Sevenfold, City of Evil Evanescence, Fallen Nirvana, Nevermind It's hard to narrow it down, but these bands have had the biggest influence on me as an artist. Amy Lee influenced my vocals; Kurt Cobain inspired me to play guitar; A7X pushed me to become a lead player and made me the guitarist I am today. It's a dark love song with lots of harmonized guitars and a melodic solo. I'm very proud of this one! What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? One of the most memorable moments of my career was going from playing to huge crowds with The Iron Maidens, to my very first solo acoustic show at the Hard Rock Cafe in Hollywood. That was a huge step in my solo career and doing things on my own. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Absolutely! Finally playing shows with my solo band and being a front woman is up next on my list of things to accomplish, and that will happen upon the release of my upcoming album, "Apocrypha," in September!
