In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. At age 12, I played my first show ever with my metal band, Split Personalities, at D.A.R.E. graduation in front of the entire middle school. I had a killer mullet, and I have a VHS tape to prove it! What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? At the Drive-In, In / Casino / Out Deftones, Diamond Eyes blink-182, Blink-182 I chose these albums because it's not just my favorites, They're masterpieces. A rare blend of complexity, melody, and raw emotion that inspired countless bands in the rock genres. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “The Good Hurt (feat. Jake Davis)” I love this song because the production is amazing, it features our good friend Jake Davis the singer from the band Ikana, and it's super fun to perform live! What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? We won a competition to open for the band Lit at their record release show at the House of Blues in Anaheim. Not only did we become friends with Lit, but I also ended up touring with Lit, Hoobastank, Kris Roe from The Ataris, and Alien Ant Farm. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? We're hitting the road for a 3-week tour this September, and planning to tour in the UK next summer. With our unwavering passion for creating music, we're pushing ourselves to make this a full-time gig. Gotta keep trying - it's never too late!
