Nidsang

Swedish black metal band Nidsang was formed in 2004 by the imaginatively named Amducious (vocals/guitar), Korpr (drums), Blodshird (bass), and Hat (guitar), and proceeded to record their first demos inspired by the popular trifecta of Satan, nihilism, and Satan. Hat was thrown out of the band following 2004's Silent on Their Thrones and 2005's Nidsang demos (no doubt because he called himself Hat!) and Blodshird assumed second guitar duties so that the far more suitably named TerrorGoat could take over the bassist position. This lineup recorded Nidsang's first album, The Mark of Death, which was reminiscent of Marduk and Dark Funeral, and released by Drakkar Productions in the fall of 2007. ~ Eduardo Rivadavia
