Elliott Smith, Elliott Smith Pavement, Crooked Rain, Crooked Rain Talking Heads, The Name of This Band Is Talking Heads (Live) Expanded Version Elliott Smith and Pavement are probably the biggest influences on my songs in a very encompassing way. Talking Heads in very limited and specific ways. But with all three, I have a before and after I heard them outlook on music. Tell us why you chose this song. “And After All This Time” I'd been sitting alone in my house for years writing songs for no one but myself. Can't say much has changed but I decided to release music publicly. This is a song of nostalgia for a very specific and out of control concert I played in college.
