In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I have fond memories of riding in my dad's old Camry, bouncing to the catchy rap tunes of the early 2000s. He would quiz me on the artists' names, and I would try to impress him with my knowledge. It was a fun way to bond over music and culture. Burial, Untrue FKA twigs, LP1 Massive Attack, Mezzanine My musical identity has changed a lot over time, partly due to the albums that inspired me and helped me find my purpose as an artist. Tell us why you chose this song. “Absentia” "Absentia" is a special song for me. It was a bonus track in my debut album, EQUINOX. It makes me feel deeply connected to myself and my art. This song shows my challenges and dreams, and I hope it inspires my fans who feel the same. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? A fan's life was saved by my words when I reached out to her online. She was struggling with suicidal thoughts and I offered her comfort and support. I was glad to connect with her and show her that she mattered. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I don't have a list of things to do before I die. I realize that life is full of twists and turns and I don't want to pursue things that may not come true. I enjoy the present, and value every moment as a gift.
