About N-Dubz

Featuring members Dappy, Tulisa, and Fazer, the trio N-Dubz mixed elements of grime, pop, and R&B to become multi-platinum sellers in the UK. • They got started as schoolmates under the name Lickle Rinsers Crew, recording music for pirate radio. They eventually changed to N-Dubz, which derives from the phrase “Hakuna Matata,” or “no worries.” • They began building buzz and earned their first UK chart placement (No. 57) with the self-released 2007 single “Feva Las Vegas.” • Their 2008 debut album, Uncle B, went double platinum in the UK. They returned in 2009 with Against All Odds, which spawned three Top 20 hits. • Also in 2009, they featured on rapper Tinchy Stryder’s hit “Number 1,” which lived up to its name and reached No. 1 on the UK charts. • N-Dubz signed with Def Jam in the US for their third album, 2010’s Love.Live.Life.. They left the label the following year over creative disagreements and went on an indefinite hiatus, with all three members pursuing solo careers.
