About MoneySign Suede

An industrious West Coast rapper of Mexican heritage, MoneySign Suede (sometimes stylized as $uede, or Money$ign Suede) is a product of Huntington Park, East Los Angeles. A 2016 MadeinTYO show inspired him to rap, and within four years Atlantic Records had signed him. His mid-2000 single "Back to the Bag" achieved three million streams within two years, and along the way, he issued an eponymously titled debut EP as well as a collaborative one with Swifty Blue and Peysoh titled Grimey Park. Late 2022 brought his first album, Parkside Baby, a sprawling, inventive, well-produced record that featured the singles "Can't Change" and "Millions." Before the year was out, he released a companion mixtape, Parkside Santa.
