In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. The first song I made was recorded in closet, on a laptop with a computer mic when I was 14. The music wasn't great but it ignited a passion that has lasted 16 years. As I grew older the music began to mature as I did. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bas, Too High to Riot Drake, Views Isaiah Rashad, The Sun's Tirade These projects were the soundtrack to a special time in my life, a year where I was both learning to be an adult and refining my own sound as an artist. Tell us why you chose this song. “Ol' Skool” Ol' Skool is a true west coast vibe. The best part of this song are the horn sounds you hear that were actually produced with my voice and some creative mixing by my long time collaborator and cousin Goody Got'Em who produced the whole album.
