In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. The first time I sang in my dad's church, I was 4. I didn't have to learn it, I just found out that I could sing and everyone loved to hear me. I usually don't have the loudest voice in a crowded room, but when I sing, everyone is suddenly attentive. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Aṣa, Asa [Asha] Ebenezer Obey, Evergreen Songs Original 1 Joshua Levites, Preface - EP Preface - EP was the first album I ever worked on, recorded during the 2020 lockdown. I grew up listening to Ebenezer Obey, my dad played him all the time. Asa's debut album will always be special to me, she's one of my favorite artists of all time. Tell us why you chose this song. “More” I wrote this song just after I decided to drop my career in accounting and began doing music professionally. The song reflects my view about choosing one's path in life, we don't have to live our lives based on the opinions and approval of others. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I was contacted by executive members of the John Maxwell Team, here in Nigeria, to compose a theme song for their conference, titled "Change Your World". This song earned me 'The Inspirer's Award Of Excellence in Arts & Entertainment'. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Mimoe is an acronym for 'Most Influential Musician On Earth'. The goal is to influence the next generation of young people by being the best of myself, so they can be inspired to be the best of themselves too. I want to tour cities around the world.
