In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My parents bought me my first real guitar when I was 10 years old and I used to walk around the house singing Ed Cash songs and pretending to be a rock star. I would write songs in my bedroom about girls I had crushes on. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bebo Norman, Ten Thousand Days John Mayer, The Search for Everything Matt Wertz, Twentythree Places These three artists have been a major influence on my music career, and I love the production on each of these albums. Tell us why you chose this song. “Light on the Other Side” I wrote this song after a particularly difficult season of my life. I had stopped working with an organization that I had partnered with for more than 15 years, and I was hoping there was something new on the other side. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I'll never forget performing for 300 young people in an historic church in the center of the city of Ostrava in the Czech Republic. I didn't need amplification because the marble acoustics were so good. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? To sign with a record label, have a successful song on the radio, and tour with a major artist.
