In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I was a toddler, I would fall asleep listening to the Temptations anthology. I remember crawling out of my crib one night and looking out of my window while 'Just My Imagination' was playing. It's one of my favorite memories to this day. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Erykah Badu, Baduizm Mariah Carey, The Emancipation of Mimi (Ultra Platinum Edition) Tyler, The Creator, Wolf These albums got me through my first heartbreaks, inspired some of the first songs I had written, and ultimately shaped me as an artist. I'm still in love with these albums and whenever I'm upset, I'm probably blasting all three of them. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Spaceship (Regular Edit)” I was going through a considerable amount of stress when I wrote Spaceship, and to get out of the stress, and openly acknowledge my mental health struggles and frustrations was so freeing. It's for the ADHD folks who dissociate openly. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I got to perform in my first show in February 2022 and the most exciting thing was watching the energy shift as the crowd got engaged and watching my cousins and friends rapping the song along with me. I'll never forget that, ever. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I still want to get a million streams on a song and get a feature from one of my favorite artists.
