Maggie Sajak

About Maggie Sajak

One of several young female pop-country artists who popped up in the wake of Taylor Swift's phenomenal success, Maggie Sajak recorded her first single, "First Kiss," when she was only 16 years old. Born January 5, 1995, the daughter of Wheel of Fortune TV host Pat Sajak, she grew up in Maryland, and picked up the guitar at the age of 12 (she also plays piano and mandolin). "First Kiss," and its Trey Fanjoy-directed video, generated enough attention to place Sajak in a good position to build forward a career on the pop side of country music. ~ Steve Leggett
