In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I started playing music by grabbing my mother’s accordion. At the age of 11, I started playing the guitar but later switched to the bass guitar. My first gig as a bass player was at the age of 13 and continued to play in different gigs... What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Playing with Emmerson Nogueira was a dream come true, and I learned so much. Along with some members of my former band Versão Acústica, I was invited by Sony Music in Brazil to perform with Julio Iglesias in a Brazilian Soap Opera in 2003. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Yes, I would love to collaborate with more musicians from different genres. I also want to keep pushing the boundaries of what's possible with my instrument and exploring new sounds and techniques.
