About Louis Delort

Runner-up on the first series of The Voice: La Plus Belle Voix, TF1's hit adaptation of the chair-spinning talent show, Frenchman Louis Delort was one of the few contestants to receive a yes from all four judges in the audition stages with his performance of Lana Del Rey's "Born to Die." Choosing Canadian singer Garou as his coach, he soon became a favorite thanks to his renditions of Coldplay's "Trouble," Jacques Brel's "Amsterdam," and Radiohead's "Creep." But despite teaming up with former French Open champion turned reggae singer Yannick Noah on a cover of Bob Marley's "Redemption Song" and his mentor on a version of the Black Keys' "Lonely Boy" in the final, he had to settle for second place behind Stéphan Rizon. Like the other three finalists, he then released a seven-track EP, L'Album de Tous Ses Titres!, featuring his best performances from the series. ~ Jon O'Brien
