About lori jean

In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My earliest musical memory was bawling at the piano of First Methodist Church in MN because I was terrified to play "Kiss the Girl" from the Little Mermaid. I nailed it, came out the other side of the trauma of it all, and knew I would be a musician. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Home (Nowhere To Go)” I love this song because it's a story song about the archetypal journey to find "home" and wanderlusting around only to discover that you can't "get" home, it's nowhere and everywhere. Because you are your own home. We must find it within ourselves. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I don't need to open for my favorite band, or a famous music festival, or an iconic venue. My idea of "success" is to write a the perfect song for a tv/movie scene that makes a viewer swell with emotion and melt into the artistic interplay of it all.
