In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My dad plays in a cover rock band called 'KEES'. I remember I used to be so excited when I went to their performances. I always danced like nobody was watching and stood in front row (as a true fan, of course). What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Queen, A Night at the Opera Deluxe Edition Taylor Swift, Speak Now (Taylor's Version) Waylon, The World Can Wait I absolutely love Taylor Swift's re-release of her album 'Speak Now'. It's such a balsy move to re-record everything and release it again. Queen is a band that takes my breath away every time I listen to it. Waylon really inspires me. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “The Song of Life” The Song Of Life is a song about my family's musical roots. I'm so thankful I get to share this amazing feeling with them. After my grandfather passed I wrote this song in honor of his father. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I played in Paradiso, Amsterdam once. That was hella special. It's one of the most popular venues in the Netherlands. Next to that I was also one of the most booked acts during Popronde 2022. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Play on a huge Dutch festival like Lowlands or Pinkpop in The Netherlands. I would also love to just grab my guitar and go on a solo tour through Nashville.
