In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my earliest musical memories is being in the car with my family, blasting Bollywood songs. Tell us why you chose this song. “Some Nights” One of my favorite songs I’ve released is “Some Nights.” It’s a reminder that it’s okay not to be okay—and that you’re not alone in feeling that way. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? One of the most memorable moments in my career so far was my first album release party in Austin. Being surrounded by all my friends, celebrating something I poured so much of myself into, was surreal. It made everything feel real. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I’d love to release a full-length album someday—that’s a big one on my bucket list. I also really want to collaborate with other artists. There’s something inspiring about bringing different voices and stories together to create something unique.
