La Gabi

Born in the Dominican Republic, urbano singer and dancer La Gabi grew up in Miami. Posted on social media, her covers of reggaeton hits attracted the attention of Colombian superstar J Balvin, who made the 18-year-old the first signing of his brand-new Ma G Nation label and in 2021 released La Gabi's first effort, Origen. In 2023, she presented the EP GabiN.E.T.E., a blend of trap, rap, Afrobeat, reggaeton, and EDM that featured the hit "Coco." More singles followed in 2024, including "Lucky" and "Pikito."
