I remember going to different churches that my grandfather would visit and singing praise and worship music, from Hillsong to The Winans. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? City and Colour, Little Hell (Deluxe) Ed Sheeran, + (Deluxe Edition) John Mayer, Where the Light Is: John Mayer Live in Los Angeles These three albums shaped the way that I play guitar and make music. I started to play when I was 15 or 16 years old and this is the music that I was listening to, and still have been ever since. Tell us why you chose this song. “Wild Desert Rose” I wrote this song during a time when God showed me my character flaws. I was so focused on my flaws and how to be perfect afterwards, but God spoke to me saying don't worry about perfection. Focus on loving me and through obedience I'll perfect you. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I was blessed to open a show for Dermott Kennedy in August 2022. That was the largest crowd I'd played my music in front of and it just solidified that, that is my calling. He and the gang were also very cool! Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? God willing, I want to be the world's biggest touring act with the most people in attendance bar none. Live music is my joie de vivre, and I want to bring an experience to the world that is centered around community, servitude, music and Jesus.
