In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Creating mixtapes on blank CD's to skateboard to. And an even further back memory, writing songs on an old Casio keyboard and recording them onto cassette tapes. We would create our own radio shows and mix our songs in with the artists we loved. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Talk Talk, Spirit of Eden The Flaming Lips, Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots Tom Waits, Closing Time (Remastered) We would drive through the back roads of Wylie, Texas late at night, speakers loud, while singing at the top of our lungs. We dreamt of bigger things for our humble local band. We would soak in the inspiration, feeling alive, empowered and fearless. Tell us why you chose this song. “All Your Love Around” This song really represents my mission as a songwriter and artist, to reach out and love others through sound. I aim to be vulnerable in my writing, expressing my full experience and raw emotion. This song helped me discover a new sound. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Finishing my 100th song, when I first realized I had composed over 100 songs, I felt astonished, accomplished and even more addicted to songwriting. This has been my daily therapy, my purpose, my expression since childhood. I never knew I'd be here. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Perform at Red Rocks, Open for 'The Flaming Lips', Tour The World. Make an everlasting, positive impact, of love, kindness and good music that transforms my world for the better.
