In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. The very first song I released was in 2017 and it was called "Jealousy". I remember getting into studio and the engineer at that time was already head bopping during recording before the mixing, that's when I knew I had the song to start this journey What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Drake, Nothing Was the Same (Deluxe) J. Cole, 2014 Forest Hills Drive Nasty C, Strings and Bling These are albums I thoroughly enjoy on any given day and have some songs from the album on repeat Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Be Something” This is my current favourite song because it's a smooth record and is also very in depth with story telling and great wordplay and also will give any listener an understanding of who King V is from first listen. It portrays my artistry very well What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? My interview with legendary South-African Hip-Hop figure in DJ Switch. Met him at AMP Studios in Newtown for this interview and it was great and my favourite moment was getting to freestyle and getting the acknowledgement from an industry legend Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? To perform more across South Africa and hopefully have my own show one day. Also work with some of the best artists in the country, some I listened to growing, it would be my proudest moment having one of my favourite artists end up on a song with me
