In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. The first time I ever recorded a verse was 100% freestyle. It was 9th grade and we were using Audacity, the beat was "Supernova" by Kanye. I didn't know what to say so I just went and my bro Stelow was writing down the lyrics to make it into a verse. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Brent Faiyaz, F**k the World Burna Boy, Twice as Tall Kid Faze, Konfidence Every song is fire on "Twice As Tall" and the sequencing is perfect. Puff brought the best outta Burna. "F**k The World" is flawless as well; that project held R&B down in 2020. & Konfidence showcased a huge growth in my talent, I mastered my art. The beat is so groovy and the video is so creative, like wow. I'm all about swag and I got to make a record for people who are into their fashion and the shopping experience. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? As I stepped out of the car to meet Wendy Day, something suddenly dawned on me. I had met her at a conference before and had made a mental note to work with her in the future. Now, I realized that I was actually fulfilling that promise to myself. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I aspire to reach the pinnacle of success by becoming certified Diamond, which I first heard about in connection with Michael Jackson's "Thriller" album. I use GOAT achievements as benchmarks, as I am determined to become a future GOAT myself.
