In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Some of my earliest musical memories include learning how to harmonize & sing from my dad. I used to love singing so much that I'd get home from choir practice and spend my afternoons recording all the different parts on two casette tape recorders. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Jessie Ware, What's Your Pleasure? Mahalia, Love and Compromise Troye Sivan, In A Dream (Bonus Track Version) These albums are the perfect balance of grooves, vibes and reflection, and encapsulate so much of what it feels like growing into yourself in your 20s and really learning how to define life, love and freedom. Y Ara)” I love bacon, and music....oh and also talking about my failed dates and situationships because men are often times VERY disappointing. This song perfectly embodies all of these, and was the song that revealed just how chaotic I really am, to me. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? People telling me they liked a song I released from eons ago. I see my songs as markers of different points of my life. As time passes, the person I used to be can feel so foreign, but its nice to see how people still relate to them. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Plenty! Would love to play a major festival one day in the region, or within the APAC region. Maybe embark on a small tour and then gradually just transit into writing songs for others eventually!
