In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember I sang at 6 years old at my family cookout and I was so nervous and scared. That was the first time I conquered my stage fright. This was the beginning of my journey with overcoming fear and learning to lean on my love for music. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Brandy, Human (Deluxe Version) Jon Bellion, The Human Condition Kehlani, SweetSexySavage (Deluxe) Jon Bellion changed my perspective on pop music and songwriting. His production is incredible. Kehlani's 2017 album I think is her best work. It's the perfect balance of Pop and RnB and it woke the woman up in me. Brandy taught me how to sing period. Just to take the leap into the deep end to pursue music was very scary for me. I wrote "Younger" in the first year of me doing music and what I cling to to get through the anxiety of it all.
