In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember watching Judy Garland sing "Over the Rainbow" at the start of the movie "The Wizard of Oz". She sings with such melancholy and longing. The lyrics and her voice resonated with my heart and transported me into another (better) world. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Play Me (feat. Free Planet Radio)” I wrote this song as a kind of long song to music itself. I love getting lost in a song--especially collaborating with other artists while singing for an audience. It connects all our hearts in ways we rarely get to experience. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I wrote the song "When Dragons Were Real" about my son growing up and leaving home. In performances I play the song on the guitar with harmonics, but I was so moved by Chad Lawson 's piano interpretation in the recording studio. It was magic.
