In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I was 11 years old and I got a cassette-tape from a friend, which was AC/DC's Razor's Edge album. Before, I was listening to Michael Jackson and The Beatles, but this AC/DC paved the way into the genre of Hard Rock and Heavy Metal, and I loved it. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Black Sabbath, Paranoid Burzum, Filosofem Enthroned, Prophecies of Pagan Fire Radio Station Studio Brussels played "As The Wolves Howl Again" by Enthroned, It was so atmospheric and dark, it gave me goosebumps. I still own the "Paranoid" LP, although I think I played it too much. Burzum pioneered creating dark atmospheres. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Eigenlicht” This song was one of the first songs I've written and holds a special meaning as it's about a deeply personal fear of losing someone you deeply love to dementia. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Any first is memorable. The first interview. The first award. The first invitation to be signed to a label. The first track. The first response of fans to a new album. I love the feeling when launching something new onto the world. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? As Kalmhain is mainly a personal outlet of creativity and a solo-artist project, being able to gather passionate musicians and perform on a festival such as Alcatraz, Graspop or Wacken is definitely a big no. 1 item on the bucket list.
