After that it was Celine Dion who cemented my love of singing and burning desire to perform for the rest of my life. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Brandy, Human (Deluxe Version) Destiny's Child, Destiny Fulfilled Mariah Carey, The Emancipation of Mimi (Ultra Platinum Edition) All three albums as bodies of work contain incredible vocals techniques & harmonies, A+Mazing songwriting, and stellar production. Start to finish each album is excellent particularly Brandy’s Human which is one of the most underrated epic albums! Tell us why you chose this song. “Down Pour (You Were Mine)” Down Pour was my first single & I still love the melody & lyrics so much. I wanted to create a juxtaposition of heart breaking lyrics with a uptempo production. There is something sad yet liberating about the line “Let The Rain Down Pour” What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Seeing my creative vision for my music come to fruition, from the lyrics to the production, to single covers. Performing in front of thousands & thousands of people in the US for the first time is was most amazing experience that I treasure. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Yes! I want to go on tour, attend, perform & hopefully win a Grammy Award or two, & work with Alicia Keys, Mariah Carey, Christina Aguilera & the girls of Destiny's Child. Harmonizing with Kelly Beyoncé & Michelle woukd be a dream come true.
