About Jonathan Ansell
Like Myleene Klass before him, former G4 member Jonathan Ansell managed to shake off the reality pop tag to become one of Britain's most popular young classical entertainers. After winning a place at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London, he formed G4 with fellow students Mike Christie, Ben Thapa. and Matthew Stiff. They quickly built up a huge following thanks to their style of singing modern pop songs in an operatic style. Ansell's debut solo album Tenor at the Movies reached number nine in the U.K. charts and number one on the classical charts, making him the youngest ever tenor to do so. ~ Jon O'Brien
