In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My most early memories of music was from my grandmother who played jazz piano. She would have me sit on her lap and learn the notes, so I had a pretty good sense of musical notation, later I went to Berklee and was a performance major. Tell us why you chose this song. “Dream” Although this was written at a very bad time in my life, the song was able to express the deep sadness that was arising around me, life is for learning, and I have learned some things and met many people that/who helped me out along the way.
