About Johann Baptist Georg Neruda

Neruda was a violinist from Czechoslovakia who was most active in Germany. Educated in Prague he served initially as a theatre musician there and then in the court orchestra in Dresden as its Konzertmeister. Neruda composed operas, sacred works, symphonies, trio sonatas and concertos. ~ Keith Johnson
