Andy Mineo, Uncomfortable Kendrick Lamar, To Pimp a Butterfly Tiakola, Mélo These are very formative albums that shaped me as a person and as an artist. A lot of my music and the techniques I use now as an artist was inspired by the vocal artistry showcased through these albums. Tell us why you chose this song. “Samson” This song is special to me because it speaks to the real struggles I go through as a Christian... I'm not perfect but I try my best to be the best version of me What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? It easily has to be that time, me and my friends set up this music showcase that brought together Christian artists from Ottawa and Montreal together. It was great and taught me a lot about setting up an event of that stature. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I would like to put Ottawa on the map like favorite artists have done for their cities. I would like to use my music to move social change even more in my community. Most importantly I want to make CHH the new mainstream Conscious Hip Hop.
