In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My parents were music lovers and not much older than me. I had access to their record collection from a very young age, such great music from extraordinary artists of the 50's and 60's. With the arrival of glam rock in the the 70's, I was hooked. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? ABBA, ABBA: The Album David Bowie, Hunky Dory (2015 Remaster) Kate Bush, Lionheart Hunky Dory helped me really appreciate music as an emotional force. ABBA The Album made me recognise that I could write songs, and that I really wanted to. Lionheart told me it was OK to be myself and that anything goes, as long as it's heartfelt. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Never Question Why” I think this was my first grown up song. It was written very quickly, almost as if dictated. The recording process was similarly given, as though it was gifted to me. In times of doubt, this song has always reminded me that I'm doing what I should.
