In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I grew up listening to classic singer/songwriters. The Beatles, Cat Stevens, Simon and Garfunkel. All those classic songs have deeply rich lyrics and they blend their poetry with beautiful arrangements. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Gregory Alan Isakov, This Empty Northern Hemisphere This album has such beautifully haunting arrangements and deeply personal lyrics. Every time I listen to it, I am enthralled by it's simplicity and depth. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Made to Break” I wrote this song as a way to move through a broken heart and try to make sense of the complexity of love and relationships. The song is about a broken heart, but it is also how we can expand to love more deeply and fully after heartbreak.
