In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I was 6 years old, I got up in front of everyone in my church to sing a little song. But halfway through I had to stop and unfold a little scrap of paper to read the words. I remember how good it felt when everyone cheered despite my mistake. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Paul Simon, The Rhythm of the Saints Bonus Tracks Edition The Beatles, Let It Be Tom Petty, Wildflowers Paul Simon and Tom Petty are two of my all-time favourites, and these albums have been part of the soundtrack of my life ever since they were released. Let It Be is an album I love because of the rawness, honesty, collaboration, and songwriting. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Voice of Marie (Demo)” I wrote this about my maternal grandmother, whose house in Kingston, Ontario I visited quite often as a child. Her voice and her smile are etched in my memory. I often wondered what it was like to sit around her kitchen table as "one of the adults".
