In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. As a kid, listening to the Beatles on the radio, watching them on the Ed Sullivan show. I built a guitar out of a cigar box, a broom handle and string. I knew then, what I wanted to do...play guitar...sing...get girls! Hank Williams, 20 of Hank Williams' Greatest Hits The Allman Brothers Band, Eat a Peach (Deluxe Edition) [Live] Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers, Damn the Torpedoes Hank Sr. music is just iconic country. So much of life can be found within "Three Chords and the Truth." My wheelhouse of songwriting/melodies are akin to Tom Petty. Tell us why you chose this song. “Everything I Like Is Killing Me” Everyone has a vice/bad habit they know full well is detrimental to their well being. I wrote this 'tongue in cheek' song acknowledging that if you don't change your ways, they're gonna kill you dead.
