In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Hollowell was born from a group of five individuals under a different name and genre. Over a short period of time, it became clear that Teresa, Jon, and Tyler were the trifecta that was screaming its way out. Enter, Hollowell. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Deftones, Around the Fur Rage Against the Machine, Evil Empire TOOL, Lateralus Each one of these groups directly influenced and solidified our music tastes. I personally love each one of these albums for different reasons. Rage can make you feel amped and awake. Deftones helps calm me down, and Tool helps introspection. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Don't Care” This song took me(Teresa) out of my comfort zone. Jon wrote the lyrics and most of the rhythms, and rapped the song white Tyler and I backup. The sound of this song is much different than our others, but its such a fun song to get hyped to! What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? We were invited to play at a local music venue where we opened up for Blacktop Mojo, Sumo Cyco, and Buckcherry. It was the coolest and biggest show we've done to date! Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? TOURING! As Hollowell, we haven't had an official tour yet. Recording in a professional studio with a producer, as we are DIY artists who record, mix, and master our own tunes! The lis is endless!
