About Hamadryad

Canadian progressive rock band Hamadryad first came into being in 1995. The name refers to a type of wood nymph in legend. The lineup of the group is Jean-François Désilets (bass), Denis Jalbert (guitar), Yves Jalbert (drums), Jocelyn Beaulieu (vocals and guitar), and Francis Doucet (keyboards). The group has one album thus far, 2000's Conservation of Mass. ~ Gary Hill
