In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I was around 10 years old, I remember trying to play an acoustic guitar that was lying flat on the floor of my older sister's bedroom. Her album collection with Steely Dan, Carlos Santana, Jeff Beck and more also had an influence. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Esperanza (Hope)” I wrote this song after spending time in Valencia, Spain. I rarely compose this type of Neo-classical music, but it just magically came out of my fingers one day. I'm also proud that it has generated royalties to help fund future music projects. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? My Rock Band Academy music program from 2009-2021. Some of my students went to prestigious music universities and others have collaborated with me on recording projects. It's nice to know that I have impacted their lives in a positive musical way.
