About Gerald Collier

Upon the 1995 breakup of the Best Kissers in the World, vocalist/guitarist Gerald Collier refashioned himself as an alternative country singer/songwriter. He signed with C/Z Records and released his solo debut, I Had to Laugh Like Hell, in 1996; his self-titled major-label debut for Warner Brothers appeared in 1998, featuring several songs re-recorded from its predecessor. The EP Low Tar Taste appeared from Aces & Eights in 1999, followed by Breakin' Down in 2003 on Plain Records. ~ Steve Huey
