Singaporean balladeer Gareth Fernandez’s full, rich vocals continue to leave an imprint with every note. Inspired greatly by the works of Sam Smith and other extraordinary pop vocalists, the pop/soul artist debuted in 2014 with the single “Subliminal Love”, and a self-titled EP that showed his penchant for old-school sounds. But his music transitions towards contemporary genres, incorporating R&B elements in melancholic gems such as “Achilles”. He’s also explored new perspectives with a slew of rhythmic collaborations that prove his mettle as a world-class vocalist.
