In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Growing up I saw a tribute band to The Beach Boys at the county fair and after that, I was obsessed. My dad bought me all of their CDs at Tower Records and I think my falsetto and a lot of the harmonies that I write are inspired by Brian Wilson. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Coldplay, Parachutes Jimmy Eat World, Bleed American Journey, Escape+7 These are the albums that really launched these bands into superstardom and you can really hear the passion behind the music. Each band put out some great stuff afterward, but nothing ever captured the magic of these earlier efforts. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “T.H.C. (feat. Jackson Allen)” I wrote T.H.C. after the end of a long-term relationship and I think it's one of my favorites because I actually had something meaningful to sing about. A lot of the time I find myself songwriting just to write, but this was a therapeutic exercise.
