In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Starting out with just a cassette recorder, making up my own melodies and writing lyrics in lots of spiral notebooks. I was trying to develop my own unique sound even before I could play the guitar. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Wonderful” Wonderful is a very personal song, one I wrote as a release of feelings, a healing process. When I recorded it, it was retrospective for me and all I wanted to do was capture an honest performance and expose the emotions I felt when it was written. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Recording and releasing the Afterburn EP in my home studio. The songs on it tell a story - lingering effects of betrayal, loss and desperation sometimes encountered in personal relationships. Writing, performing and recording that EP was huge for me.
