In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My earliest musical memory is probably listening to my grandparent's choir in church. I remember 5-year-old me sitting next to my parents, thinking: I like this. A lot. It was truly magical and different from everything I knew. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Attacca Quartet, Caroline Shaw: Orange Radiohead, Amnesiac Tara Nome Doyle, Viktor Orri Árnason, æ (feat. Echo Collective) - EP "Amnesiac" – that's what melancholic, love-sick me was listening to religiously "Caroline Shaw: Orange" – the simplicity and beauty she captured in this Album is simply exceptional "æ" – just... listen. Mondëna Quartet & Matija Strniša)” Having been in a very dark place in late 2021, this came about after rescuing a tired, old honey bee with my then two-year-old daughter. It’s a tribute to the imperfections and the fathomless, incomprehensible beauty of life. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Probably my recording session with the mondëna quartet for my album "Fragmente". I remember just sting there, listening to them playing and thinking: "This is so crazy. This is so wonderful! That live brought me here. That this is my job..." Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Ohhhh yes. I would love to play live more. Much more. And I want to release the best album I can possibly make this year in 2024. Working hard on it right now.
