About Exit Mouse
In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My mom would take me to university with her, and in one of the side theaters meant for teaching acting classes, they had an old, upright piano. I remember composing simple little songs before I was even in Kindergarten. I played them over and over! Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Spare Hearts” This song is very personal for me, written about characters that are dear to my heart. The bass line is simple but fun to play, and I love how the arrangement turned out. I'm pleased it got featured in CatGhost and got the recognition it deserves. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? In 2012, I got to work on The Bedfellows web cartoon as composer, my first real music production gig. On my birthday in 2020, a Brazilian YouTuber highlighted music I'd composed for the CatGhost web cartoon, and I gained my first real fan base! Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I hope to have my music featured in a large-scale video game project, and I'd love the opportunity to tour Brazil and play shows for the people who found out about me through CatGhost. It would be nice to get featured on an Apple Music playlist, too!
