Elvie Shane is an American singer and songwriter whose music mixes straight-ahead country with heartland rock.

∙ Shane grew up singing gospel hymns in church and joined his school choir as a fourth grader.
∙ Inspired by Chris Stapleton’s performance with Justin Timberlake at the 2015 CMAs, he began to pursue a career as a songwriter and performer.
∙ He briefly appeared on American Idol in 2016, winning a “golden ticket” during the Little Rock, Arkansas, audition episode but failing to advance beyond Hollywood Week.
∙ In 2018, a video of Shane performing his song “My Boy” went viral, eventually leading to contracts with Rome Phrey Publishing and BBR Music Group.
∙ “My Boy,” his debut single, peaked at No. 22 on Billboard’s Country Digital Song Sales chart in 2020.
