In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. A piano that goes back centuries in my childhood living room made of dark wood. My father plays a song and asks me to play the top line with him, teaching me the notes. Even after all this time, we both remember. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I held a concert of my LGBTQ+-centered music for Pride Month in 2022. It was invigorating to fill the stage with queer and trans people singing my music. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Getting signed to a label. Playing for 100+ people. Learning that my music helped someone.
