In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I started singing and writing music shortly after I began talking. I used to perform covers of songs at local talent shows with my dad handling the instrumentation and began rapping in fifth grade and onward. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Dominic Fike, Sunburn Kanye West, My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy Nas, Illmatic Illmatic influenced my love for the art of rhyme with his top-notch lyricism. I love the powerful production and sound of MBDTF that Kanye used especially considering the backlash he was facing. I love the indie, experimental sound of Sunburn. Tell us why you chose this song. “Babylon” It's my biggest song with around 300,000 streams, gained me significant regional attention as an independent, underground rapper, and helped get me signed. It's also one of my most impressive lyrical performances with four minutes of endless bars. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? In May 2022, I signed a development deal with Milk & Honey Management and Warner Chappell Music. Since then, I've traveled to Los Angeles working with Grammy-nominated producers and engineers such as Sir Nolan. I have an upcoming project with them. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I am currently releasing a new mixtape called American Youngblood with Warner Chappell. I am trying to catch the attention of a major label and hopefully get signed by them.
