In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. it was 2005. i was 6. american idiot had just come out. it was the best of times. it was the worst of times. i really liked fairly odd parents at the time and was always doing those fuzzy coloring pages, yknow the ones?? What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? GING NANG BOYZ, Kimi To Boku No Daisanji Sekaitaisen Teki Renai Kakumei Neutral Milk Hotel, On Avery Island The Hotelier, Home, Like Noplace Is There these three albums have vibes and sounds that kept me awake at night for years and years. i think about them to this day. i think these albums are god. Tell us why you chose this song. “Flinch” i was really just playing around during and emotional time and a lot of people really liked it. a few people told me that it's my best song. i think it's really cool that something so spontaneous and honest was able to connect with people like that. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? going on tour with my friends was absolutely incredible. someone proposed to their fiancé (now wife?) at our new orleans show so that was kinda crazy. getting security called on a hotel room party is up there too. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? i want to create an album that is so objectively good that everyone who hears it dies because they can't fathom a dopamine surge more euphoric than what i have made. it will be a reggaeton ballad concept mixtape released on a stem player.
