In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One night, when I was about 5 or 6, a really bad storm came through and knocked out all the power. Momma lit candles and daddy grabbed his guitar and began singing songs we all knew. The storm was still raging, but it wasn't so scary anymore. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Dolly Parton, Heartsongs (Live from Home) Merle Haggard, 20 Greatest Hits Stone Temple Pilots, Core (Super Deluxe Edition) Each song on these albums holds a special place in my heart. From growing up listening to traditional county music and singing along to Dolly and Merle, to discovering alternative rock that brought me into my teenage years. Tell us why you chose this song. “Tangled” This song holds a special place in my heart because of my momma. Before passing away, she received the first copy of the single and even asked me to sign it for her. I'll always be grateful for that. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? One of the most memorable moments in my career so far is probably opening up for Collin Raye. When I began to play guitar, Collin was one of the first artists I ever learned to play. That moment came full circle when I was able to open a show for him Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I always said "I've made it big when I play on the Grand Ol Opry" and I stick by that. That's how I measure my success. Lol! Here's to dreams coming true!
